Office building Centru Civic Brasov

Located in the Brasov city center, this 6 story office building with more than 1500
sqm was designed and built entirely by Tecton Trust. The building consists of;
garage and technical areas with 330 sqm, ground floor with 330 sqm divided into
office and open green space, and the next five floors dedicated to office space
with 160-169 sqm per floor. The exterior design has a roof terrace along with a
bespoke and colourful facade that adds colour and life to the Brasov city center.
The projects vision was tailored with the owner to create an eco friendly and
practical business space.
